Great day. One of those perfect days for running, outside of the hangover. Started off running with Libby, Nathan and Aaron and just picked it up over the course of our time on the grass trails, dropped them around mile 3 and started progressing. Did about 4 on the grass loops and then was on the bike path the rest of the time. Around the halfway mark I split my watch and was at 6:25/mile. The last 20 minutes at least (maybe more, I wasn't keeping track beforehand) I was at 6 minute pace. It was effortless today. Strange feeling, kinda blissful feeling that comfortable at 6 min pace. Last mile was tough because of the hills, but heart rate was only about 155 at the end.
