Ran on the turf at the school. I would do a lap and walk about 50 meters and did that until I hit two miles. A different area of my foot was bothering me, but I think that was from the strap on the stationary bike. I tried tying my shoes a little looser and did not have much pain. As a whole, things seem to be moving in the right direction
