Have to say I am pretty pleased with how my workout went for today. I think there are modifications I would have made to everyone else, but this was the easiest progression, even with the wind, that I've ever done. I felt very relaxed and pushed on the last half mile, but without over-extending. Third mile was all wind in the face, but everything else was either cross-wind or just a nice push from the back. Good sign for now
