Pretty good workout today. Did my usual method of bouncing back and forth between groups. They had loads of recovery (mainly as a way of coping with the heat), so after like 1 repeat there was enough separation where I could just continue running with a different group. I saw a lot of good out there with people doing stuff I did not think they could (mainly running mile repeats), a little bad (just improper pacing and effort), but am overall pleased.
