Notes

So commences base training for the cross country season of 2012. I ran with John around campus for a little while and did core afterwards.

It is May 7th which means I will be able to have 3 and a half months of quality training before I have to even think about racing. I need to stay motivated this summer. I have lofty goals which I think I can hit if I work hard and be smart with my training. I am going to run every other day this week and next week will be my first week of running every day. I am really looking forward to this.
