Notes

Just threw together a "hop in and see where the fitness it" workout. Ran to the Illinois Varsity track, did some dynamics and hopped into a thresh 800. Little quick because of the track hype. Finished that and hit up the tempo loop. Just ran by feel without looking at my watch. 90 seconds rest b/w each one. Pushed the last one a little bit at least the last quarter mile and ran about 50 meters past the mark.

Overall, felt good and controlled. I feel better about writing down 25 minutes for the Turkey Trot. I know that I'll prolly be between that and 25:30, so hopefully being with friends and getting a little competitive will push me under that.
