Times were a bit screwy but I was actually pretty happy with this. First bit of speed that I've done at all in a long time to try to get an idea of what the pace will feel like Sunday. Kept the volume pretty short on this, no need to overdo it. The 800s felt really good. The 400s I just had no idea how far I was running so it was just approximations based off of effort. I feel good. Ready for a nice easy day tomorrow and then a good race Sunday.
Saw two Urbana athletes out at the arb today. Very happy to see that.
