Tempo pace felt good. Actually felt kinda sick during them (head cold). 600s started out slow. I paced the first but did a poor job... I don't know where everyone was. Second one I fell back. Third one I stopped looking at my watch and focused on running right on brothers. Worked very well. Once I stopped focusing on time, I started focusing on performance and whatdoyaknow, my performance was much better. Fourth one Darrell paced and stuck right with him. Fifth one we slowed down through the second lap... Alex took over the pace because I was suspicious of my pacekeeping and he did a really good job bringing us home in our fastest rep. Improvement from last workout where I was averaging 1:47. Next time I'd like to be around 1:42= 4:32 which I think is a good goal 1600 pace.
