Notes

The workout was 3x600 at 1500 pace. Did this after a long day on my feet at the track and right after getting out of the car. Actually did this with Evan, which was nice since I thought this was going to be done by myself. I went too fast on the first 200 so I freaked out and went slower and missed the pace. The next two were good. I felt more tired than I expected, but I was still in the range I wanted. I am glad I made the decision to push off racing a few weeks.
