20 up, 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 with a minute recovery followed by 4x30” on/off. Tried to keep the minute recoveries under 6:30 pace and did a pretty good job with that. Pretty consistent on the reps which I was happy with. The 30 second bursts at the end were pretty tough by was maintaining ~5:00 pace for that portion. Stomach erupted at the cooldown, but it was worth the Mac and cheese last night.

Disappointed that I missed getting a long run in but I just wanted to do something that wouldn’t take me out of commission for a couple days, especially if I manage to get into the meet Saturday.
