Ran with John and his friend Nick. Started out as a death march. First15 min not too fun. Settled in and picked up the pace through country club. After that we ran to the tempo loop. We had to stop at a light for like a minute and it killed me. I couldn't get my legs going after that. After an hour I started crawling. Mud everywhere slowing us up. John took off on me and I coasted the last mile. Dead.
