Notes
This was a pleasant run. I went pretty slow for a long run. My slowest mile (mile 1) was 9:06, and my fastest was 8:29 (mile 6) with an average mile pace of 8:45. It was so dark and I was running on a rural road, but my plan was to run through the cornfield if anyone tried to follow me. As you can see, I survived! I was naughty and didn't stretch after this run because I had to go to worship practice before church right after my run. My legs were so red after this run and my shower burrrnneeedddd
