Exquisitely cold and a slight but steady freezing wind all the way back, but still so good to be out of the mud and watch the sun rise. It's hard to keep the warmup slow enough on that initial downhill and the intervals still have to go by intensity with that huge hill in the middle, but I feel pretty good about this 2x10min @ T pace workout. I even tucked another 5min T hill interval toward the end there as well. Good times!
