Same basic route, did reverse base loop (instead of base loop) instead....It was warme enought I ran with my jacket wrapped around my wasit most of the time. If this is faser, I wouldn't put anything to that...as with the reverse base loop, I may have cut a cotner here or there....I just don't remember (and I really don't think the time is that important...the mileage is the deal). I will sy this, I did feel stronger and better about my run, when I ws running. That is an awesome feeling!
