I think I worked out this past Monday??? Ugh. The key to having a good stair climb is to ensure your foot is fully on each step. If you don't there's a lot of flexion betweem your ankle and your knee (My left knee has been bothering me). I meant to go 65 minutes; however, I forgt that I was playing Trivia with Joe....and cut my time short to make the game. Oh well...
