Notes
I knew I was going to run to Merriam's; however, I wasn't sure if I was going any farther (it's really cold). Whil my pace is uninspiring, I have to remember that I ran on ice and snow 90% of the time and footing is not always the best. So, if I count this as a long run, it's not too bad. Besides feeling really good about going 11 before work, as I ran across the wood bridges, the would be a loud cracking noise....felt like I was in an action movie....as I took I step, I was waiting for the bridge behind me to fall...lol
