Notes
Not as warm as last weekend. Felt good to be so fresh on my way out to the old N Bridge (lately it's the tail end of my run). It was a bit disheartening when I had finsihed the 12 and started out the gate, down to the bike path to start the Lexington leg of this run. I paid no attention th the hill...I'm guessing I crawled up it (and it was laughing at me), but I did complete it. Snow was a major factor as the base was closed on Wednesday due to a major snow storm. Most of the sidewalks were full of snow and it was a major limiting factor (i.e., it might be like running on the sand in NM). For the first time ever I carried water. Chris has been pushing hydration (a good thing)...as my last two 16.65 muile run I took in no water. So I carried (and dropped) two bottles of water. I have decided that I can't run and drink--so I stop and drink.
