Ran with Darrell Trasko--first time in years. This is the first time this season that there was frost on the vehicles...and I actually wore gloves for the first time. I have no clue how far we exactly ran--Darrell ran a zig-zag path all over the base...his goal was time (1-hour) not distance. Darrell fell at the corner of Forbes/Chennault...he kick a heavy steel plate cover a hole on the road. He took his time getting up, but then right back to running.
