Notes

6 hill loops after the 4 easy. The first 2 were kinda slow for me, but I think it's because my legs needed to get used to the hill. Once we started the 3rd loop I started feeling good and picked up my pace for going up the hill. I pretty much kept this pace for the rest of the loops.
