MI = 53 + 34 = 87. This is the first time I have ran on this trail but it is really nice and flat. It would be a perfect summer long run because it is shady. About half of it is asphalt and the other half is hard packed gravel. As for the run, I really had to grind through for the last 5 miles. My legs were really tired which I'm sure is from the 2 runs yesterday and the spin class. I was happy I was able to hang in there mentally.
