Not completely sure I did these right - did 2 sets of 4 hills. Trying not to just sprint up hill but rather focus on form with high knees and a snap in the ankles as I ran. So I wasnt going super fast, but my legs were kind of shot by the end of the 8th hill. Short jog across the to the next block at the top and quick turnover on the way down, trying to be fast but controlled. In between the sets I did 3x150 strides.
