4x 1/2 mile intervals, first at 8.7mph (6:54), second at 8.8mph (6:49), third at 8.9mph (6:44), last at 9.0mph (6:40). One minute at 9:00mpm pace rest in between each interval. These felt good, nice and comfortable actually - felt like I probably could have pushed out a few more if I wanted to.
