Forgot my jacket so running on the treadmill even though it was pretty nice out. Did 4 hill intervals. Treadmill at 7.4mph, start at 1% incline for 10 minutes. then did 4 sets of 3min at 2%, 1min at 3%, 1min at 4%, 2min rest at 1%, with about a 5 minute cooldown after that and then some walking around the gym. After yesterdays 10 miler, these hurt.
