Felt really good on the run. Had a nice talk to Chapman before practice about running and it was awesome just hearing him have the same goals I have and both of just being excited about running and what is to come. We talked about my main weakness when it comes to running and how you just can't fix a weakness in one day but it takes time to learn and work on the problem before it's fixed luckily I'm a patient guy.
