For the workout I wasn’t mentally there. I couldn’t hit a pace to save my life so we needed Liam to take over, and I got Liam’s heel a couple of times on sets. I just needed to take a deep breath and calmed down instead of getting mad at myself for messing up.
If I want to do the things I want to do I need to be mentally tough and not get on myself during a workout/race. I know I’m better than what I did, I guess I’ll just show what I really am at St Thomas next week!
