Chapman said he wanted to go slow and then he took off after the second mile. Not surprising. Ali and I chilled off and ran to the beat of our own drum. We caught Chapman later on the run and he was dead looked like a broken man with cold hands. We kind of slowed down a bit to run with him but then Ali got me going talking about Vampire Diaries and we picked up a little bit. Thank you to Ali for running with me and making it an enjoyable run.
