Wasn't 100% fell right to run on it. I just wanted to give it one more day to recover and run tomorrow. I hope it feels good tomorrow and get a solid run in. Also, I must day biking has at least give me a chance to watch more Vampire Dairies. Huge fan of all of the originals and I have realize that I am always cheering for the characters that are at a low and that are sad.
