Notes
I just went through my logs from sophomore year. The thing that stood out to me is when I left notes on a run, race, or workout all I could talk about was the team. I was reading about a tempo later in the year I think it was the week before conference and in that post, not once was there an I, it was filled with we. We need to close the gap, we took out our tempo hard, we are ready for conference. I talked to Spitz about this and that is another goal I want to work on, I want to find the balance of ego and teamwork. This post is going to be the last post where I am talking about myself. Lastly, we are going to have a killer indoor track season, and it going to be awesome.
