3:18, 3:10, 3:16, 3:17, 3:12, 3:16 splits for the 1ks. For the 200 I didn’t time it but I need to work on getting out right away cause I struggled with the first 50meters. The 1ks went fine I wish we got better on CV but it wasn’t horrible. I felt smooth the whole time. It was a great workout and I feel great
