Notes
The race felt a lot like the 1200, just from the gun took charge and ran like I was the man in the race. Before hand I was planning on taking it out around a 55 because that was what I hit at practice for the 400 FBC rep and that felt easy. One thing that kept me going in this race was I kept hearing Frosty name in the race and I was pushing to keep that boy in a good so we could run some nasty times together. I can't believe that one dude got me at the line though
I'm so ready to run a crazy time in the mile. What this weekend has shown me is that I'm ready for the next step in career. I'm not a bubble national runner. I'm a runner who is going to nationals every year and is all American every trip. I'm defiantly happy we have a break now because I need it but I am thrilled for what is to come. I can't wait for outdoor meets and the atmosphere that comes with them (for example those 5ks at Platteville). It's been a long time and I miss running under the lights. Lastly I will say this my goal for outdoor is to become a national champ.
