good workout had to move in the outside because of people on the track, but no big deal. Not the best workout I have had in my life but nothing to hang my head about. Went fast on the first one and then I try to adjust and went slow on the other ones. I've realized that when I try to adjust pace/feel during a workout I usually mess up the splits. That something I want to work on is being able to adjust with ease and not lead to problems for workouts. Then I hope to incorporate that to races as well.
