Interesting workout, did this at 7PM after traveling most of the day and eating dinner right before it. The workout went fine some dog kept chasing me at one stretch so that helped me stay on pace. The guys said they would do core sets with me so I ran back to the house we were at but they quit after the first one. The splits were off because I would do an out and back and I would always turn when the dog got right next to me, overall I thought the effort was there but it wasn't that well planned out, organized, or good looking. So the workout was basically how I run my races
