2x10 Barbell overhead press superset with
2x10 DB upright rows with rotation
2:00 front plank, with alternate leg & arms lift last 30 secs
1x10-12 @ 60-70% warm up set
4x5 @ 90-100% working set
45 secs rest between exercises & sets
* just recovered from fever
