Modified Hurricane workout Cat 2, Week 2
9 x 25 secs sprint on treadmill at 10mph & 10% incline
Immediately followed by 2 x bodyweight exercises one after the other
Recover to 120bpm before returning to the treadmill
Change exercise after 1 group of 3 intervals
* warm up : jumprope, 3 x 10 BB rollouts (50lbs), standing medball slams
* complete 25 secs run
* total Hurricane time : 37:55
* wanna move to Cat 3 nxt week.
