Warm up
3 mins jumprope
3 x 10 5kg medicine ball slam
3 x 10 swissball russian twist (15kg)
2 circuits, 4 sets x 8 reps of 5 exercises each at 70-80%
No rest between exercise
1 min rest after each set
5 mins between circuits
* new weight plate, 2 x 35 lbs, new medicine ball (5kg), added medicine ball slam into warmup
