Notes
* For PSP athletics I'll be doing two sessions a day
* Afternoon session will be weights, 2 x trisets, focus on shoulder & arms
* after work session will be event-specific drills
Warm up
3 mins jumprope
2 x triset, focus on shoulder & arms, 3 x 6-8 reps
30 secs rest between exercise
1 min rest between set
3 mins rest between triset
* did 4 sets for the 1st triset, too much for a lunch time workout
* did 3 sets the second triset
