chilly this am ... hat and gloves ... ran with Jim / Dan / Gerard around the lake and through White Beaches ... wearing the Super Feet Greens to see if it helps the right achilles. Iced afterwards ... noticable but not unbearable ... let's see how it feels later today. Same run Wed and 8 on Friday.
