2 mile warm-up then 10 x 1 minutes. I am not certain about the total distance covered, but based on the time I am taking an educated quess. Ran the minutes hard with a light jog in between. The last 2 were tough ... felt like I was going to hurl ... which for me means that I am working hard. Back from the beach for 3 weeks my runs will be on the tree lined streets of Oradell.
