Notes

Goofy training pace run. Much easier than the sub 90 run 2 weeks ago. Intended to run about 1:37:30 but couldn't hold back and just ran the pace that was comfortable. So far legs feel easy and fine from the run. Long run tomorrow. Should be interesting.
