3 1/2 mile intervals at 5K pace (6:27) and a 4th 1/2 mile at 6:27 and a quarter mile at 6:00. Quarter mile recoveries at 7:50 pace. I would have run a couple more if I had time...needed to keep the lunch break short as possible.
