I ran a half in 1:34 because I didn't have the fortitude to run 1:38...

Decided to run the last 5 miles at MP (6:50), well the last mile was 6:30. Kinda tough considering I ran to soon after dinner.

Weight was a bit down today. Will it be down that far tomorrow?

OK, just took these Nikes over 500 miles but they still seem to be in pretty good shape. The DS Trainers I got at the same time with 70 less miles look as if I should have retired them already. What's up with that?
