Over the big hill mini workout.

mile 1 @ 3%/7:19 pace, mile 2 @ 4%/7:19 pace, mile 3 @ 5%/7:19 pace, mile 4 @ -2/6:15 pace, & last 1.4 miles at -2/5:56 pace. Mile 3 was the hardest but not really that bad.

After going off the rails missing workouts last week and eating out three times this week I finally dared to stand on the scale and am back to counting calories today. Fortunately I'm not off track.
