Plan called for 7 "aerobic" miles with 6 x 100M strides. I did an extra mile and an extra stride. Had a slow start. Can't tell if I'm coming down with a cold. I've got post nasal drip, scratchy throat, and was lethargic during the day. Run felt good after a couple miles. We'll see...
BTW...Those strides were 100M on the track. Not sure what's up with me running a 12 second hundred over 7 miles into the run as my final set. I tried to repeat it and cold only muster 13.5.
