Pfitz plan called for a mlr of 11 so that's what I did. Ran a little faster than I probably should have but I had a time crunch and wanted 11. Soreness is still evident from Sunday's race but still felt quick and light on my feet.
Day two of counting calories. It's kinda weird. I ate normally during the day then went for a run and found myself with net negative calories. So I get a near 3000 calorie dinner? I'll had better stock up on beer.
Yesterday I was almost 182 and today I was 178. At this rate I can stop in a week.
