Notes

Went for a 20 minute run, definitely felt better than the first one. I slacked off last week, but I'm going to keep up the running this week. I need to get in shape for Camp so I don't get rolled by the high schoolers! Not sure how far I went, I'm guessing somewhere in the 2.5 range.
