First run in 3 months! Wow! This was a really tough one! I didn't think I could make it 3 miles. It was definitely slow, but I made it. I'm pretty sure I saw a snail race by be during the run! I have 5 months to get ready for NIRCA Nats, hopefully I can get back in shape in time.
