Notes

Had a really good cross train session! Just hoped on the Bike Trainer and went for 40 minutes, I think I could've kept going. I was pretty tired today since it was my birthday yesterday and I was out pretty late. I should've run yesterday but I overestimated how I'd feel today. I didn't want to do anything but I got myself on the bike and had a really good session! I found my new warm up song, GRIND by Asher Roth, shoutout to Thomas for turning me on to it. So whenever I'm tired and don't want to run/train just gotta remember to Grind. #GRIND
