Wanted to run a bit longer, but had to get back for a meeting at 1PM, which, of course, got moved while I was running, so I didn't end up needing to be back at all... :(
Oh well - a good run, first burpee run after my belt test, and first one since the failed one where I felt faint during the 6th set - managed all 12 sets today, and things felt fine. I think the last time was just due to still being in recovery from being sick, plus too much heat and not enough liquids...
I'll switch to 13x13 (maybe @0.3mi intervals - haven't decided yet) for Friday's burpee run...
