Bodyweight training:
Good to be back! First time I managed to actually get up and do my bodyweight workout in over 3 weeks, thanks to being really sick about 3 weeks ago... Not fun to get up way early and workout, but yay, I did it! Jimmy also got up early and worked out with me - same exercises, but with reduced rep counts and assisted on the pullups and chinups. He did great!

3x100 situps
3x100 dips
3x20 chinups
3x100 pushups
3x100 squats
