Notes

First time going through the (almost) full routine w/ JamesK (was late coming in, so missed the warmups and first round of exercises) - definitely highlighted a weakness in my capabilities - jumping. Wore my lower thighs out *real* quick, but stuck with it anyway. Plan to come back next Tuesday for more torture... ;)
